Associated Student Body (ASB) – Ventura High School
The Associated Student Body (ASB) at Ventura High School is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering school spirit and creating memorable experiences for the student body. ASB organizes a variety of events and activities, including rallies, dances, and other campus-wide initiatives, ensuring a vibrant and engaging school community. ASB also manages associated student body funds (ASB funds), Club Funds and Athletic Funds on campus, ensuring that financial resources are allocated responsibly and transparently. All financial management follows the guidelines outlined in the FCMAT ASB Manual, which provides best practices for operating successful student organizations and adhering to district policies. With careful planning and teamwork, ASB ensures a positive impact on the school community while maintaining compliance with established financial protocols.
ASB provides students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, learn business principles, and engage in project planning.
